  • Transit / Delivery Time: 10–16 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 11–18 business days.
  • Customs & Taxes: Final price at checkout includes all taxes. No hidden fees upon delivery.

1. Shipping Destination & Rates

We proudly ship to physical residential and business addresses across Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: Always 100% Free (AUD $0.00) on all orders.
  • There are no minimum order thresholds and no unexpected fees added at checkout.

2. Processing & Transit Times

Our orders are fulfilled directly from our specialized international fulfillment center to maintain high quality and affordable pricing for our customers.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are prepared, packed, and quality-checked within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery to Australia takes an estimated 10–16 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

If you have not received your tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@snootkin.com with your order number.

4. Taxes, Duties, and Import GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For goods imported into Australia under AUD $1,000, standard Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) rules apply. The price you pay at checkout is final; you will not be required to pay additional customs duties or courier handling fees upon delivery.
