Welcome to Snootkin! Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Snootkin, legally represented by Óscar Flores Poveda. Snootkin offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Snootkin products are wellness supplements formulated to support pet health. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Section 2 — Orders & Australian Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion.

Section 3 — Shipping & Delivery

We provide standard delivery to Australia. Delivery times (estimated 10–16 business days) are guidelines and can be influenced by carrier logistics or customs clearances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Section 4 — Return & Refund Policy

Your purchases are subject to return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and statutory rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Section 5 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. However, if you are a consumer residing in Australia, nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
